Monday, November 7, 2016 – 8:30 AM

I. CALL TO ORDER

Jordan Maharaj called the meeting to order at 8:39 AM in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II. ROLL CALL

  1. Voting Members Present: Jordan Maharaj, Farris Nabulsi (skype), Erin Gonzalez, Kim Alli, Nicolai Mlodinow, Brie Hornig, Abel Mercado.
  2. Voting Members Absent: None.
  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: Lee Mintz
  5. Visitors Present: None.

III. MODIFICATION OF AGENDA:

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

Final push for ARH is today! Elections Coordinator applications are due Thursday.

VII. INFORMATION:

  1. Attendance: Alex Shapiro is coming in next week, after Aztecs Rock Hunger is complete.

IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  1. Requirements are due in two days. JAC will send confirmation to council members afterwards.
  2. Aztecs Rock Hunger announcement is this Thursday at 11am in the Goldberg Courtyard.
  3. Rotaract is accepting applications now.
