I. CALL TO ORDER

Jordan Maharaj called the meeting to order at 8:39 AM in Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II. ROLL CALL

Voting Members Absent: Nicolai Mlodinow, Brie Hornig.
Non-Voting Members Present: Lee Mintz, Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
Non-Voting Members Absent: None.
Visitors Present: None.

III. MODIFICATION OF AGENDA:

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT:

Aztecs Rock Hunger has started. Homecoming week is October 31.

VII. INFORMATION:

Attendance: All council training was last week. The attendance was reviewed.
Elections Code: Proposed changes to the Elections Code were discussed.
Changes to the Structure Process: Ideas about the changes to structure process were discussed.
Elections Coordinator Vacancy: Applications will be posted this week.

VIII. ACTION:

Appointments and Resignations: It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments and resignations memo, as attached.
