I. CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Brenna Culliton called the meeting to order at 9:35 AM in Visionary Suite at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II. ROLL CALL

  2. Voting Members Absent: CJ O’Brien, Mustafa Alemi,
  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Jennifer Esquivel-Parker.
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: Lee Mintz.
  5. Visitors Present: Ellen Benecke.

III. MODIFICATION OF AGENDA:

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda.

IV. PUBLIC COMMENT

None.

V. ACTION:

  1. Approval of Elections Committee minutes, (3/16, 3/21, 3/22): It was moved and seconded to approve the Elections Committee minutes dated March 16, March 21, and March 22, as attached. Ellen Benecke, Elections Coordinator, reviewed the minutes and answered questions of the justices.
    MERCADO/ELLMAN CARRIED, (4-0-0)
  2. Approval of the A.S. General Elections Results: It was moved and seconded to approve the 2016 A.S. Elections results, via the Elections Committee minutes dated March 17, as attached. Ellen Benecke, Elections Coordinator, reviewed the minutes and answered questions of the justices.
    MERCADO/SENSION CARRIED, (4-0-0)

VI. ADJOURNMENT

It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 9:54 AM.
