I. CALL TO ORDER
Executive Vice President Tajuddin Henry called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for April 16, 2025.

It was seconded and moved to approve the previous minutes from March 26, 2025.

- SDSU Vice President of Student Affairs and Campus Diversity Designee: None.
- BCC Marketing Support Presentation (Time Certain: 3:45 p.m.)
Shruti Sharma, A.S. Marketing and Communications Commissioner presented on the BCC Marketing Support for CLC Commission. - Career Services Presentation (Time Certain 4:00 p.m.)
The Career Services Presentation was postponed.

- Selection of ASCLC Members for A.S. Appointments and Review Committee (Action)
It was moved and seconded to approve Kareen Holstrom, Janine Ezomo, and Kevin Daniels as primary representatives on the A.S. Appointments and Review Committee with Aliza Siddiqui and Isabella Martinez as alternates.

- Aliza Siddiqui, ASBOD Student-At-Large, reported on the following: No report.
- Kareen Holstrom, ASBOD Student-At-Large, reported on the following: No report.
- Janine Ezomo, ASBOD Student-At-Large, reported on the following: No report.
- Aztec Student Union Board reported on the following: Held the Get the Scoop event today with great traction. The vote to change the Aztec Student Union Board Aztec Pride Committee has been approved and will be under discussion.
- Community Service Commission reported on the following: Service events are ongoing every week up until May. If any students or BCCs are interested they encourage them to volunteer by contacting Mike Manaaghan or Austin Emery.
- Student Support Commission reported on the following: Received a presentation from adapted athletics and Community Service Commission to discuss possible events they could plan in the future.
- Campus Community Commission reported on the following: The Cornhole for Campus Safety event was this past week and was very successful. Sharing a short questionnaire for students to answer whether or not they identify with an invisible disability.
- Recreation and Wellness Commission reported on the following: No Report.
- Student Diversity Commission reported on the following: The DEI climate survey was sent out and the commission asked representatives and BCCs to fill out the survey as soon as possible.
- Green Love/Sustainability Commission reported on the following: Today was the Presidential Advisory Committee on Sustainability annual Sustainability Summit, representatives from Greenlove were in attendance.
- Campus Life Council Student-at-Large reported on the following: No Report.
- Marketing and Communications Commission reported on the following: Assisted A.S. with promotional material for Explore SDSU. The Marketing and Communications Commission ordered and designed a new sticker and 500/1000 are already gone.
IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Julia Beisman: As a new member of Rotaract, Julia advertised their upcoming 5k fundraiser event at Lake Murray on May 4th at 9 a.m.
- Kat Hernandez: Last week Kat traveled to North Carolina to compete with the Xcentric Dance Team for their first official dance competition. Next Friday from 7-9 will be their annual dance showcase.
- Trinity Dang: The College Council Trivia Bowl will be this Friday at 12:30 p.m.
- Brian Levett: The Aztec Achievement Awards are on May 1st and representatives should have received an email to RSVP. If representatives have not received an RSVP email they are encouraged to contact Brian.
- Christina Brown: There will be one more Campus Life Council meeting on April 30th. The following week is an all council meeting followed by the swearing in of the new A.S. executive officers and representatives.
