Executive Vice President Tajuddin Henry called the meeting to order at 3:42 p.m.

- SDSU Vice President of Student Affairs and Campus Diversity Designee: Recently attended a conference on policies and possible impacts within the Higher education system.

- General Consent Report (Action):
It was moved and seconded to strike the 2/27 Community Service Commission minutes and carry the 3/6 minutes to the next Campus Life Council meeting.

VIII. REPORTS OF CAMPUS LIFE COUNCIL MEMBERS
- Aztec Student Union Board reported on the following: Focusing on enhancing strategies in social media and fostering professional development.
- Community Service Commission reported on the following: Received 147 responses to the Safety Survey and will be awarding four $25 gift cards to randomly selected participants
- Campus Community Commission reported on the follow: Safety Week will take place from April 14th to 18th, located at Centennial Walk
- Recreation and Wellness Commission reported on the following: No report.
- Student Diversity Commission reported on the following: Currently developing a new DEI plan and exploring strategies to enhance employee retention.
- Student Support Commission reported on the following: Preparing a transition document to be shared with the committee, aimed at supporting incoming officers later this spring
- Green Love/Sustainability Commission reported on the following: Currently creating training videos for RSOs on hosting zero-waste events, and the SDSU Sustainability Summit will take place on April 16th
- Marketing and Communications Commission reported on the following: Rebranded the Instagram segment 'The Monthly Minute' to 'What's Next with A.S.' to provide students with a preview of upcoming campus events.

- Kat Hernandez, A.S. President: No Report.
- Tajuddin Henry, Executive Vice President: No Report.
- Vincent Lin, A.S. Vice President of Financial Affairs: One-third of cultural groups and half of the academic groups have presented so far. Funds are still being reallocated from the unallocated budget to support organizations.
- Derrick Herrera, A.S. Vice President of External Relations: Just returned from the California Higher Education Student Summit (CHESS) with Lobby Corps Chair Abby McLachlan, where CSSA collaborated on a piece of legislation that was successfully passed
- Trinity Dang, A.S. Vice President of University Affairs: Academic Partnership agreement at University Council next week (3/19). Your Voice Matters Pushweek will be April 7th-10th.
IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Jack McFadden: Announced that he meeting with LaMonica Everett-Haynes about the Rainbow bridge.
- Arjun Mohan: Talked about Protests on campus and knowing not only your rights, but also how to safely protest and know what you're protesting.
- Julia Biesman: If anyone hears questions about ASUB events, reach out to Julia.
- Mike Manangan: Campus Community event at Sharia’s Closet on 3/14 from 2:00pm-3:00pm.
