VI. UNIVERSITY REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
- SDSU Vice President of Student Affairs and Campus Diversity Designee
- Well Being & Health Promotions - Holly Davis, Health Promotions Specialist (3:40 p.m. time certain)
Holly Davis provided information on resources within SDSU Well Being & Health Promotions.

VIII. REPORTS OF CAMPUS LIFE COUNCIL MEMBERS
- Aztec Student Union Board reported on the following: The board is currently finalizing preparations for the upcoming Valentine’s Day event taking place tomorrow. Additionally, they are working on organizing DJ Duel and K-Pop Night.
- Community Service Commission reported on the following: The commission is in the process of publishing the community service survey and coordinating logistics for the Community Service Fair, which is scheduled to take place in February.
- Recreation and Wellness Commission reported on the following: The commission is currently determining the timing for the Mending Minds event and developing marketing strategies to promote it effectively.
- Student Diversity Commission reported on the following: The commission discussed plans to brainstorm ideas for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Plan and reviewed feedback from the DEI survey. Additionally, they highlighted recent presentations from the Undocumented Resource Center.
- Student Support Commission reported on the following: The commission discussed efforts to reestablish communication with the Commuter Resource Center to strengthen support for commuter students.
- Green Love/Sustainability Commission reported on the following: The commission discussed initiatives related to sustainability course recognition, the promotion of a zero-waste culture, and the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) comment letter for the Evolve Student Housing Project. They noted that all comments for the letter are due by February 17.
- Marketing and Communications Commission reported on the following: The commission is currently working on designing a new tote bag, which will be ready in time for Explore SDSU. They are also developing new stickers and rebranding the Monthly Minute video series into "What’s Next with A.S." Additionally, they are assisting with the promotional efforts for the Your Voice Matters (YVM) push week.
- Campus Life Students at Large - No report.
- Board of Directors Students-at-Large - No reports.
- Kat Hernandez, A.S. President: Announced that the Student Leaders Mixer is scheduled for March 4.
- Tajuddin Henry, Executive Vice President: Reported that one-on-one meetings for the Campus Life Council (CLC) are going well. Additionally, he discussed the upcoming theme for the Aztec Achievement Awards (AAA) and the ongoing development of transition documents.
- Trinity Dang, A.S. Vice President of University Affairs: Provided updates on the drafting of resolutions and discussions surrounding the academic partnership agreement. She also reported that college councils are working with Career Advantage, that Your Voice Matters (YVM) push week will take place during the week of April 7, and that planning is underway for the college council open house.
- Vincent Lin, A.S. Vice President of Financial Affairs: Advised that funds for the Campus Program Funding (CPF) are limited and encouraged organizations to apply as soon as possible.
- Derrick Herrera, A.S. Vice President of External Relations: Reported that he is currently preparing for the California Higher Education Student Summit (CHESS) conference and participating in the California State Student Association (Cal State Student) plenary meetings.
- Caryl Montero-Adams reported on the following: Announced that applications for the Quest for the Best awards are now open. Additionally, she discussed the Peer Education Youth Commission for San Diego.
IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Rylie Ridpath announced that the Elements of Change event for Green Love is scheduled to take place on March 6.
- Julia Biesman announced that GreenFest concert tickets are now available for pick-up or purchase.
- Ava Alvarado announced that the Student Diversity Commission will be hosting a Sip & Paint event.
