Executive Vice President Tajuddin Henry called the meeting to order at 3:38 p.m.

- Collaboration Period (Discussion):
The Campus Life Council collaborated in different groups, internally, to share ideas and potential initiatives in the upcoming semester.

VIII. REPORTS OF CAMPUS LIFE COUNCIL MEMBERS

- Aztec Student Union Board reported on the following: Attended a conference and curated ideas for marketing as well as fixing up their Instagram to increase activity.
- Community Service Commission reported on the following: Tomorrow they have Aztecs In Action from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., partnering with the Glazer Center.
- Recreation and Wellness Commission reported on the following: Had a presentation from Counseling and Psychological Services and a presentation from Cal Coast about financial wellness.
- Green Love/Sustainability Commission reported on the following: They had a tour with Imperial Valley and discussed how most students do not have access to healthy food options on campus.
- Marketing and Communications Committee reported on the following: The Monthly Minute is up and today they reviewed branding under A.S. elections because the graphics team wants a revamp.
- Tajuddin Henry, Executive Vice President: Sending out 1-on-1 forms for next semester to get a kickstart on supporting CLC members. He is also working on deliverables regarding MarComm and full-time staff for media. If anyone wants to get involved with Triple AAA, reach out to him. Aside, he will be discussing Aztec Shops food options with Imperial Valley.
- Kat Hernandez, A.S. President: Working with the University Senate to address different student groups who are requesting priority registration.
- Vincent Lin, A.S. Vice President of Financial Affairs: Currently crunching numbers to determine the winners for Aztecs Rock Hunger. He is also looking for student input on ARH overall. Him and Nick Felix also have been analyzing the Student Success Fee and determining how much money is allocated to student activities.
- Derrick Herrera, A.S. Vice President of External Relations: Last Friday, two Cal State University System trustees visited. He discussed topics regarding the events on Halloween, Title IX, and opened dialogue to discuss how ADR can handle these issues. He also attended a Virtual Plenary for the Cal State Student Association and talked about call-to-actions regarding Title IX. In the past week, he attended the Young Men of Color Conference composed of students from the Cal State student system. Aside, he exclaimed the success of Rock the Vote this semester as SDSU placed 3rd, and is excited to see the events planned for spring.
- Trinity Dang, A.S. Vice President of University Affairs: There will be an upcoming College of Arts and Letters Career Advantage event focused on single subjects, aimed for April 17th, 2025. Through her meeting with Career Services, they outlined responsibilities and the relationship they have with Career Advantage. Aside, the last Academic Affairs Committee meeting is next Monday and she is working on the SWANA Center.

- ASUB is looking for students to join their committee and wanted input on tabling times.
- There is an app for A.S. commissions and boards titled Modern Campus Involve.
