I. CALL TO ORDER
A.S. Executive Vice President, Sam Lingao, called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m. in the Templo Mayor at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

VI. UNIVERSITY REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
- SDSU Vice President of Student Affairs Designee, Caryl Montero-Adams reported on the following: None.
VII. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
- General Consent Agenda (Action):
It was moved and seconded to approve the General Consent Agenda beside Recreation and Wellness Commission minutes as well as an adjustment to Greenlove Committee meeting attendance.

VIII. REPORTS OF CAMPUS LIFE COUNCIL MEMBERS
- Sam Lingao, Executive Vice President: The annual Aztec Achievement Awards are important and people are encouraged to apply for awards or nominate peers. Encouraged people to join the Awards Committee Meetings.This weeks ‘Thursday’s Together’ will be at 11 a.m. Looking for volunteers to table at Explore SDSU.
- Tarek Morsy, President: The March 6th Career Advantage event will be important to attend.
- Melvin Ridley III, Vice President of External Relations: Preparing for the California Higher Education Student Summit. CSU Advocacy day is approaching.
- Leo Pena, Vice President of Financial Affairs: No report.
- Ally Gallant, Vice President of University Affairs: No report.
- Patricio Silva, ASBOD Student-At-Large: No report.
- Gianna Salazar, ASBOD Student-At-Large: SDSU is developing a strategic plan through multiple workshops and students are encouraged to attend.
- Kailey Quezada, ASBOD Student-At-Large: Working with the Board of Directors and Dr.Ulloa on revising an institutional learning outcome. There will be a LatinX community social in April for new Latinx identifying faculty.
- Christina Brown, Associated Students Executive Director: No report.
- Brian Levett, Government Affairs Assistant Director: No report.
- Aztec Student Union Board (ASUB): GreenFest is approaching and there are planned events for each day of the week. GreenFest concert tickets sales are active and A.S. members should be receiving an email about them. Refer to the GreenFest instagram for more information. March 6th the Union is celebrating its 10th anniversary. March 18th is when ASUB chair applications open. Meeting times have been adjusted to start at 12pm on Monday. February 29th there will be a live band and karaoke night from 5-7 p.m.
- Community Service Commission (CSC): There was a Good Neighbor Cleanup last weekend that the Community Service Commission participated in. Held a service fair last week that was successful. In March the Community Service Commission will be assisting with the Aztec Unity Project. Brookland Gordon from Student Life and Leadership presented at their last meeting on how to report community service hours through the presence application. Student Life and Leadership is attempting to reach a campus wide community service hour goal of 66,000 hours.
- Campus Community Commission (CCC): March 24th is the next Good Neighbor Cleanup and will be a collaborative effort with the College Area council. Planning to get to know the University Police Department for April 15th.
- Recreation and Wellness Commission: No report.
- Student Diversity Commission (SDC): The Resolution in Support of Gaza Ceasefire was reviewed and approved by the Student Diversity Commission after amendments and edits were made/ “Discover Your Roots Through Sustainability” event has been planned for the GreenFest week.
- Student Support Commission (SSC): Working on the resource guide and in need of assistance with sharing a Google form asking students about accessibility and knowledge of resources on campus. Working on collaborations with the Marketing and Communications Committee to advertise and spread the word about resource tips. Pantry to Plate event happening tomorrow where the A.S. Food Pantry is hosting a collaboration event with the Wellness department.
- Green Love/Sustainability Commission: Attended a San Diego Green Building Council meeting where A.S. won an award for the hard work in sustainability. “How to be a Climate Activist” event is on 2/28 from 11-12 p.m. at Scripps Cottage. Planning a Native Healing event with the Native Resource Center.
- Campus Life Council Student-at-Large, Jasmin Zeis-Khalil: Aztec Student Union Board approved a collaboration between the “Cooking with Chefs” event and the Center for Intercultural Relations, where Middle eastern food will be implemented in the program to celebrate Middle Eastern Heritage month in April.
- Campus Life Council Student-at-Large, Nadia Dedgeba: No report.
- Marketing and Communications Commission: Planning to film a video for the A.S. Instagram and the monthly minute. The sticker package merchandise has been delivered.
IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Sam Lingao: On Monday it was Bella Todd’s birthday!
- Janine Ezomo: It is currently Black History month.
