I. CALL TO ORDER
A.S. Executive Vice President, Meena Alexander, called the meeting to order at 3:34 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

VI. UNIVERSITY REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
- SDSU Vice President of Student Affairs Designee, Dr. Aneisha Mitchell: No report.
- Women’s Resource Center Presentation
Elzbeth Islas, Director of the Women’s Resource Center, and Mara Flores gave an overview of the Women’s Resource Center, the various programs they offer, as well as different events they host.

- General Consent Agenda (Action):
It was moved and seconded to approve the general consent agenda.

- Selection of ASCLC Members on Appointments and Review Committee (Action)
Charlie Sallee, Shelbie Nelson, and Nora Novak were selected to serve on the Appointments and Review Committee with Jade Camp and Alexis Bautista serving as alternates.
VIII. REPORTS OF CAMPUS LIFE COUNCIL MEMBERS
- Meena Alexander, Executive Vice President:
Meena Alexander encouraged council members to register for a free Greenfest ticket with the form she recently sent out. Meena encouraged representatives and commissioners to begin creating transition guides for the new elected representatives and commissioners.The Aztec Achievement Awards are being planned for April 27. - Shawki Moore, President:
The Campus Fee Advisory Committee voted to not recommend the proposed out of state and international student fee.San Diego State’s Men's basketball team has reached the Sweet 16 in the NCAA March Madness tournament, there will be a watch party on Friday in Viejas Arena. - Robson Winter, Vice President of External Relations:
The Student Media Advisory Committee has finished the selection process for the Editor-In-Chief position of the Daily Aztec and General Manager of KPBS. - Sophia Koch, Vice President of Financial Affairs:
The Financial Affairs Committee has approved to remove the spending limit on food budgets as well as removing the ability to purchase graduation stoles and paraphernalia with RSO budgets.
During Spring Break any student RedID will allow access to any of the CSU campus’s food pantries. - Sandy Mekany, Vice President of University Affairs:
Your Voice Matters is collaborating with Mending Minds on an event titled, Mind over Matters which will focus on academic and mental health support. This event will be on 4/13. - Mayah Taylor, ASBOD Student-At-Large: No report.

- Christina Brown, Executive Director:
The A.S. election results will be revealed on Thursday in the courtyard of the Aztec Student Union at 9 p.m. - Aztec Student Union Board (ASUB):
Greenfest begins 4/3. There will be tabling throughout the week as well as the week of Greenfest. The application for Aztec Student Union Board chairs opened and is due 4/17, interviews will be conducted following the reviewing of the applications. - Community Service Commission (CSC):
After spring break the Community Service Commission will hold a recap during their meeting to debrief spring semester so far.
4/11 is the service organization fair. - Campus Community Commission (CCC):
Safety meetings will be concluding following Spring Break.
Leanne and Alex have been discussing transitioning to the new representative and commissioner. The final Good Neighbor Clean Up of the year will be on 4/16 in collaboration with the College of Science Student Council and the Football team. The CSC Commissioner selection will be on 4/19. - Recreation and Wellness Commission: No report.
- Student Diversity Commission (SDC):
SDC is finishing the month of March with presentations from various organizations that are recognized and celebrated in the month of March. The climate survey is being finalized and will be soon sent out to students to complete. - Student Support Commission (SSC):
SSC is looking for somebody with social media knowledge to help film content for the Basic Needs Resource Center. The Spring Swipe Share initiative is being finalized as well. - GreenLove/Sustainability Commission:
The week following Greenfest a large meeting will occur with various departments and faculty on campus to explain efforts towards sustainable practices they are taking. On 4/19 there will be a thrifting swap shop and organizations and individuals are encouraged to sign up. Alternative protein projects will be having a promotion week during Greenfest as well, they will also host an educational summit where students will be able to learn about sustainable food practices.
Elections for the GreenLove commissioner will occur on 4/12, the executive board elections are still to be determined. - Campus Life Council Student-at-Large, Tarek Morsy: No report.
- Campus Life Council Student-at-Large, Nick Ables: No report.
- Marketing and Communications Commission:
The Marketing and Communications Commission is responsible for spirit carting, this week is dedicated to elections and the following week will be to promote Greenfest.
