            Executive Vice President Vanessa Girard called the meeting to order at 3:37 PM.

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda of February 28, 2018.

  1. Nick Elliott, representative for the David Project at Hillel, to explain and invite student leaders to the BBQ at Hillel tonight at 7-9 pm.

VII. UNIVERSITY REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS

    It was moved and seconded to approve the General Consent Agenda, as attached.

IX. REPORTS OF CAMPUS LIFE COUNCIL MEMBERS

  1. Vanessa Girard, Executive Vice President:
    1. Tickets for the Mountain West game are available for pick-up tomorrow at 10 am.
    2. There will be a focus group for football on March 20 from 6-7:30 pm.
  2. Chimezie Ebiriekwe, President:  None.
  3. Carmel Alon, Vice President of External Relations:  None.
  4. Hayden Willis, Vice President of Financial Affairs:  None.
  5. Chris Thomas, Vice President of University Affairs:  None.
  6. Brie Hornig, ASBOD Student-at-Large:  None.

    1. Reflected on the Fall semester and discussed upcoming events.
  1. Campus Community Commission:
    1. The working groups during commission was helpful.
    2. Good Neighbor Cleanup on Sunday was a success.
    3. Will collaborate with Community Service Commission on March 18 to clean up the community.
  2. Community Service Commission:
    1. Discussed improvements made and new ideas they learned from the previous semester.
  3. Recreation and Wellness Commission:
    1. None.
  4. Student Diversity Commission:
    1. None.
  5. Student Support Commission:
    1. Gave an update on the event and efforts made to advertise the ombudsman.-6.
  6. Sustainability Commission:
    1. None.
  7. Campus Life Council Student-at-Large:
    1. Motivated members to continue working on their goals.
  8. Marketing and Communications Commission:
    1. Discussed marketing strategies for the semester.
