Executive Vice President Patty Masengale called the meeting to order at 3:40 PM.

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous Campus Life Council minutes, dated 04/5/17, as attached.

  1. SDSU Vice President of Student Affairs Designee, Dr. Randy Timm: 
    1. Quest for The Best application is out.
    2. Midnight Study Break will be called May the 4th be with you.
    3. Let him know if you have any questions with Presence.

  1. Patty Masengale, Executive Vice President:
    1. Will email everyone regarding transition binders. Please respond the emails when you have received them.
    2. Theme for Aztec Achievement Awards is Rustic Garden. Please dress appropriately.
    3. Thanked everyone for a great year!
    4. Next council meeting on Wednesday will also be the last one.

    1. Elected the new commissioner.
    2. Chris thanked everyone for the great 2 years!
  14. Student Diversity Commission: 
    1. Keynote speaker Muhammad Ali is at 4pm.
  15. Student Support Commission:
    1. Elected new commissioner.
    2. Is planning social for the end of the year.
  16. Sustainability Commission: None.
  17. Campus Life Council Student-at-Larges: 
    1. Transition dinner has been canceled due to AAA and resolutions.
    2. Patty will send out an email with requirements for transition binders.
  18. Marketing and Communications Commission:
    1. Please check out the soft launch of the website. Let MarComm know if you have any feedback.
    2. Elected the new commissioner.
