I. CALL TO ORDER
A.S. President Kat Hernandez called the A.S. All-Councils meeting to order at 3:42 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL

This time allotted for the A.S. leaders to hear from any member of the public who wishes to speak. Interested person(s) must submit a completed Communications Request form to the Government Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Forms are available by emailing ascouncilsec@sdsu.edu. Each public comment is limited to five minutes or less determined by the Chair, and to matters, which are proper areas for discussion.

- JAC End of the Semester Recognition (Information) - Shaye Phung, A.S. Chief Justice
- Shaye gave recognition to council members that completed their JAC requirements.
- SEA Goals & End of the Semester Discussion (Information)
- Kat led an activity that allowed students to discuss what council members are proud of, an aspect of S.E.A. that they aligned with, and what they are looking forward to in the spring.
- Approved Spring 2025 Council Schedule (Information)
- Kat detailed the upcoming Spring 2025 A.S. Council Schedule for the next semester.
- JAC End of the Semester Recognition (Information) - Shaye Phung, A.S. Chief Justice

- A.S. President, Kat Hernandez, reported on the following:
Kat discussed the success of efforts in facilitating the safety town hall and the creation and dissemination of the student leader survey. - A.S. VP of University Affairs, Trinity Dang - None.
- A.S. Executive Vice President, Tajuddin Henry -None.
- A.S. Vice President of Financial Affairs, Vincent Lin, reported on the following:Discussed the success of the ARH campaign, dissemination of campus funding information to different commissions and RSOs.
- A.S. Vice President of External Relations, Derrick Herrera, reported on the following:Discussed working with SACD to discuss crisis management and how to be an ally. Herrera also discussed the success of rock the vote, and the development and refreshing of the “Get Involved Page.”
