A.S. President Shawki Moore called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m.

VI. UNIVERSITY REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
- Business and Financial Affairs Designee, Jessica Rentto:
No report. - University President’s Designee, Dr. Aniesha Mitchell:
There have been a number of concerns about the wait time for getting serviced at the Financial Aid Support Center. The increase in enrollment and switch to the my.SDSU manual system has increased wait time. This week SDSU will be hosting a 2 day Internship and Career fair on 2/8-2/9. A total of 271 graduate students have enrolled in the Graduate Student Health Insurance Program (GSHIP).
There will be a launch in Upstanding Training which will occur monthly at the Center for Inclusive Excellence.

The General Consent Report was reviewed. - Proposed Amendments to the A.S. Elections Code (Information) - Jordan Valdez, A.S. Chief Justice
Chief Justice Jordan Valdez reviewed the proposed changes to the A.S. elections code and explained the reasoning behind the changes to the A.S. Board of Directors. The approval of the proposed amendments to the A.S. Election Code will occur at the next A.S. Board of Directors meeting on Monday, February 20.

X. EXECUTIVE REPORTS
- President, Shawki Moore:
Shawki Moore and Bianca Shaw were able to host “BEE SDSU Kickoff” which is the Black Excellence Experience, a committee dedicated to increasing black experience. The elections panel town hall was last week and Shawki asked for feedback on how it went.

No report. - Vice President of Financial Affairs, Sophia Koch:
The Financial Affairs Committee (FAC) is attending budget presentations so the meetings are taking place at the location of budget presentations. Sophia encouraged anyone to reach out to her with any questions considering her Executive position with elections coming up. - Vice President of University Affairs, Sandy Mekany:
Sandy encouraged anyone who is having issues with equitable access or applying to graduate to reach out to her so she can help resolve these issues. The third University Affairs Board (UAB) meeting is on Thursday and all members have shown high engagement in planning events for Your Voice Matters. - Executive Director, Christina Brown: No report.

XII. ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Shawki Moore: It is Black History Month and the Black Resource Center (BRC) is hosting events throughout the month and the calendar for the events is on the BRC Instagram and following the ASCLC meeting on Wednesday there will be an Art Show.
