SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

I.  CALL TO ORDER

A.S. President, Shawki Moore, called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.

II.  ROLL CALL

  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Christina Brown, Janice Dils, Dr. Aniesha Mitchell
  4. Non-Voting Members Absent: None.
  5. Guests: Ashley Tejada, Lex-O Oduro

III.  APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the Special Board of Directors meeting agenda for March 17, 2022.

IV.  PUBLIC COMMENT: None.

V.  ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

  1. Discussion regarding GSHIP (Information)
    Shawki provided an update about the Graduate Student Health Insurance Program (GSHIP), which will be an opt-out model in the fall.  The item will be presented to the Campus Fee Advisory Committee on Wednesday, May 18 at 10:30 a.m. 

    Shawki led a discussion about GSHIP speaking points to present at the upcoming CFAC meeting.
