I.  CALL TO ORDER

A.S. President Ashley Tejada called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.

III.  APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for May 4, 2022.

V.  ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

  1. End of the Year Reflections (Information)
    The A.S. leaders reflected on the academic year.
  2. Swearing-In of the 2022/23 A.S. President by the University President (Time Certain 5:15 p.m.)
    President Adela de la Torre administered the oath of office to A.S. President-elect, Shawki Moore.
  3. Swearing-In of the 2022/23 A.S. Executive Officers by the A.S. President 2022/23
     A.S. President, Shawki Moore, administered the oath of office to the A.S. Vice Presidents.

VI.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. The College of Engineering Student Council (CESC) will be having a solar electric vehicle event.
  2. Happy May the 4th!
