A.S. President Ashley Tejada called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.

It was moved and seconded to approve the General Consent Agenda consisting of Financial Affairs Committee and Marketing and Communications Committee minutes.

The General Consent Report was reviewed. - 2021 Federal and State Tax Review (Action)(Time Certain 3:45 p.m.) - Carlos Careaga, A.S. Finance Director
Carlos reviewed the 2020 Federal and State Tax Review.
It was moved and seconded to approve the Federal and State Tax Review.

IX. BOARD OF DIRECTORS COMMITTEE REPORTS: None.
X. EXECUTIVE REPORTS
- President: Ashley Tejada reported on the following:
- The Mission Valley Student Committee was on Friday and SDSU Athletics presented.
- The Campus Fee Advisory Committee (CFAC) was on Friday.
- Meeting with Adela de la Torre over spring break.
- Working with Patty Rea regarding the Executive Director evaluation.
- Jennifer did an amazing job at the Dean’s meeting regarding classes outside of the instruction scheduled time.
- Spoke at the Scholarship Luncheon on Saturday, 4/9.
- There is an incoming/outgoing dinner on 4/27.
- Attended a Senate Committee meeting.
- Executive Vice President: Karina Esteban reported on the following:
- Aztec Achievement Awards are on April 21. Check in starts at 4:30 p.m. and the program starts at 5 p.m. Please dress in cocktail attire and we will have appetizers.
- Hope you all had a great time at GreenFest. Thank you to all those involved!
Thank you to those who tabled at Explore SDSU.
- Vice President of External Relations: Shawki Moore reported on the following:
- Provided an update regarding Explore SDSU.
- Tomorrow is the first installment of the Power to the People Series, Scripps Cottage, 2-3 p.m. Sundaes and Social Media.
- Vice President of Financial Affairs: Austin Barber reported on the following:
- The cultural organization budgets for 22/23 were approved at today’s Financial Affairs Committee meeting and they have an opportunity to ask for more funding.
- FAC approved the rebudgets for A.S. departments.
- Be on the lookout for an Equitable Access email from the SDSU Bookstore.
- Sat on the Intercollegiate Athletics Committee budget meeting. Aztec Advantage started.
- Working on study abroad scholarships recommendations and will have more updates soon.
- Vice President of University Affairs: Jennifer Schenkenfelder reported on the following:
- Attended a Dean’s meeting with Ashley Tejada last week to discuss class schedule
- Provided an update regarding College Council funding and executive board elections.
- Working with Rebecca at the SDSU Library in terms of University Affairs Board library programming.
- If you know anyone in the Undeclared college, please let me know, as we have an open spot on UC next year.
- Executive Director: Christina Brown reported on the following:
- Thank you to Jennifer who assisted with student leaders regarding the Student Success Fee. We need more student leaders on Tuesday, April 19, from 9-11 a.m.
- Great job on Explore SDSU!
- The GreenFest Committee did an amazing job!
XI. REPORTS OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEMBERS
- Alexia reported that she met with SDSU Dining over spring break to answer questions about pricing, meal plans and general questions about SDSU Dining.
