I.  CALL TO ORDER

A.S. President Ashley Tejada called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.

3. Non-Voting Members Present: Christina Brown, Janice Dils, Dr. Andrea Dooley

III.  APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the Special Board of Directors meeting agenda for March 7, 2022.

IV.  PUBLIC COMMENT:

Lauren Payne made a public comment as a student in J. Angelo Corlett’s class.

V.  ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

1. Approval of Statement regarding Faculty Conduct (Action)
   Ashley led a discussion to create an A.S. statement regarding the conduct of Professor J. Angelo Corlett.

     It was moved and seconded to approve the A.S. statement regarding J. Angelo Corlett pending edits by the Chair.
