SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

I.  CALL TO ORDER

A.S. President Ashley Tejada called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.

  3. Non-Voting Members Present: Christina Brown, Janice Dils

III.  APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

It was moved and seconded to approve the Special Board of Directors meeting agenda for March 2, 2022.

V.  ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

  1. Approval of A.S. Elections Vacancy Process (Action)
    Jacinda Molina, A.S. Elections Coordinator, reviewed the A.S. Elections Vacancy Process plan to reopen six vacant positions that have no one listed for this elections season.

     It was moved and seconded to approve the A.S. Elections Vacancy Process plan to reopen the six vacant positions.
