I.  CALL TO ORDER

A.S. President Ashley Tejada called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m. via Zoom.

         Ashley reviewed the recommendations from the Spring 2021 Elections Committee for changes to the A.S. Elections Code.

         It was moved and seconded to redact 1.04B.

           It was moved and seconded to amend the 1.04B to read “If a member of the  A.S. Board of Directors or A.S. Judicial Affairs Council is selected as the Elections Coordinator, they would    abstain on any vote pertaining to A.S. Elections if a vote arose on their respective Councils”.

   California Higher Education Student Summit (CHESS) applications to be an SDSU  delegate is available and closes on February 6.  
4. Vice President of Financial Affairs: None.
5. Vice President of University Affairs:  Jennifer Schenkenfelder reported on the     following: 
   1. Today is the Add/Drop deadline for classes.  The deadline to apply to graduate is tomorrow at 7:59 p.m.  Your Voice Matters Push Week is this week!
6. Executive Director: None.

VII.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. Quest for the Best applications are available and are due on February 14.
