A.S. President, Christian Holt called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.

It was moved and seconded to approve the A.S. All-Council meeting agenda.

IV.  PUBLIC COMMENT:

None.  

V.  PRESENTATIONS

  1. Presentation on the SDSU Aztec Identity – Dr. Ramona Perez, Co-Chair of the SDSU Aztec Education Committee and Director of Latin American Studies (Time Certain 3:40 p.m.)
    Dr. Ramona Perez introduced herself.  Dr. Perez reviewed information about the history of the SDSU Aztec identity on the Aztec Identity website, highlighting the Aztec Identity Task Force that was formed during President Sally Roush’s administration in 2017, as well as the survey results regarding the Aztec mascot and moniker. Dr. Perez answered questions from the A.S. student leaders and expressed that she is available for inquiries, clarification and questions anytime regarding the Aztec identity and education.
