V.  PRESENTATONS

  1. University Fall 2020 Updates – Dr. Adela de la Torre, SDSU President and University Leaders (Time Certain 4 PM):
    1. President Adela de la Torre, Provost Hector Ochoa, Dr. J. Luke Wood (Vice President for Student Affairs and Campus Diversity), Agnes Wong Nickerson (Vice President for Business and Financial Affairs), Mary Darling (Associate Vice President for University Relations and Development), and James Frazee (Associate Vice President and Chief Academic Technology Officer for Instructional Technology)
      provided an update of their respective areas for the fall 2020 semester.
    2. Christy Samarkos (Associate Vice President of Campus and Community Partnerships for Student Affairs and Campus Diversity), Dean Randy Timm (Dean of Students), and Andrea Dooley (Associate Vice President of Health, Wellbeing and Accessibility for Student Affairs and Campus Diversity) provided updates from the Division of Student Affairs and Campus Diversity related to COVID health and safety and for the fall 2020 semester.
  2. A.S. Outreach and Zoom-arounds: Bella informed the student leaders of the outreach process to promote A.S. board, committee, and committees (BCC) involvement via social media and visiting recognized student organization (RSO) meetings.
  3. Appointments to Commissions: Bella informed the student leaders about the New Student Interest (NSI) form and the volunteer application process to place new members on their commissions in the weeks to come.
  4. Parliamentary Procedures Basics: Christian will schedule a new date for the Parliamentary Procedures Basics.

VI.  REPORTS

None.

VII.  ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. Victor reminded the leaders that the Aztec Rocks Hunger (ARH) campaign is a month away. Be ready for any updates. Also, Rock the Vote campaign is coming up as well!
  2. Armando informed the leaders to follow the Rock the Vote and ARH Instagram accounts. Both accounts are live.
