A.S. President, Blaire Ward called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM in the Council Chambers at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

Farewell of all Board of Directors and Council Members: A.S. Leaders of 2016/17 shared memories about each other and thanked each other for the year.
Remarks from Dr. Elliot Hirshman, SDSU President and swearing-in of the 2016/17 A.S. President: President Hirshman swore in the new 2016/17 A.S. President, Jamie Miller.
Swearing-in of the 2016/17 Executive Officers: 2016/17 A.S. President, Jamie Miller swore in the 2016/17 Executive Officers Vice Presidents.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:41 PM.
