    1. Alpha Chi Omega: Chapter Meeting Weekly Monday until 12/8 7pm - 9pm. 350–400 expected attendance in Theatre. Exception to the policy to have more than 3 active reservations.
    2. Division of Research & Innovation: 2027 SDSU Student Symposium Awards Ceremony Friday, March 5, 2027, 8 AM - 12 PM. 200 expected attendance in Montezuma Hall & Lounge. Exception to the policy for an SDSU department to make a reservation more than 5 months in advance.
    3. College of Engineering MESA: Regional Mesa Day ‘26 Saturday 4/25/2026, 7:30 AM- 4PM. 12 + spaces, 300 expected attendance. Exception to the policy for an SDSU department to make a reservation more than 5 months in advance. Exception to the policy to have more than 3 active reservations.
