   PM. 500-650 expected attendance in Montezuma Hall & Park Boulevard Exception to the
   policy for a student organization to have more than 3 reservation holds at a time.
   ii.  APIDA Center 1: APIDA Resource Fair. Tuesday 9/22/2026, 5-7 PM. 300 expected attendance
   in the Student Union Courtyard. Exception to the policy for an SDSU department to have
   more than 3 reservation holds. Exception to the policy for an SDSU department to make a
   reservation more than 5-months in advance.
   iii.  APIDA Center 2: Makers Market. Thursday 10/29/2026, 1-6 PM. 1,000 expected attendance
   in the Student Union Courtyard. Exception to the policy for an SDSU department to have
