2. Student Union Reservations Waivers (ACTION)
   i. Sociology Department: Department of Sociology Annual Lecture Series. Tuesday
   10/27/2026,3:30 - 6:30 PM. 200 expected attendance in the Theatre. Exception to
   the policy for an SDSU department to reserve a space more than 5 months in
   advance.
   ii. Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry: Southern California Theoretical
   Chemistry Symposium. Saturday 11/7/2026, 8 AM - 5 PM. 150 expected attendance
   in Montezuma Hall. Exception to the policy for an SDSU department to reserve a
   space more than 5 months in advance.
   iii. Mount Miguel High School: SD Virtual Enterprise Conference & Exhibition. Monday
