    1. Society for Human Resource Management. SHRM California HR Case Competition. Friday 4/17 - Saturday 4/18/2026, 4 PM - 4 PM. 75-90 estimated attendance. 9 spaces, 18 holds. Exception to the policy to have more than 3 active reservations.

    2. Mount Miguel High School. Virtual Enterprises International (VEI) San Diego Conference & Exhibition. Friday 12/5/2025, 7 AM - 3 PM. 600 estimated attendance. 9 spaces, 9 holds. Exception to the policy to have more than 3 active reservations. Exception to the
    policy for an external organization to make a reservation more than 3 months in advance.
