    1. Division for Research and Innovation. BSides San Diego Conference. Sunday 5/3/2026, 8
      AM - 6 PM. 500+ estimated attendance. 5+ spaces, 5+ holds: Montezuma, Theater + several other rooms. Exception to the policy to have more than 3 active reservations. Exception to the policy for an SDSU department to make a reservation more than 5
      months in advance.
    2. HTM/MEM Masters Program. HTM/MEM Masters Graduation. Friday 5/8/2026, 12 - 5 PM. 250 expected attendance. 1 space, 1 hold: Theater. Exception to the policy for an SDSU department to make a reservation more than 5 months in advance.
