A.S. Records/Information Retention and Disposition Schedules
How to Use the Schedule:

The Records Retention & Destruction Schedule is the primary source of retention requirements for the records created and received by Associated Students (A.S.).

The schedule is divided into 9 categories. For each record/document listed, the schedule lists a unique record identifier, record description, the retention source and authority, and retention period.
