The rescheduled date for Young The Giant is September 5, 2023.  (Original date of show was Sunday, August 20th.)

Hang on to your tickets from Aug. 20th - they're still valid for Sept. 5th.

Milky Chance and Rosa Linn will not play the rescheduled date. 

If you'd prefer a refund, contact Ticketmaster Fan Support by following these steps:

  1. Sign into your My Account in Ticketmaster
  2. Find your order in the My Tickets section and click See Details or My Events on the app
  3. Click Contact Us under your order details or tap the blue chat bubble on the app
  4. The deadline to contact Ticketmaster for a refund is by 12AM September 5, 2023.  If you don't choose this option by 12AM September 5, 2023, your tickets will remain valid for the event.  To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster and not have transferred, posted or sold them.

If the tickets were transferred to you, you'll need to transfer them back to the original purchaser in order for them to take advantage of the above. Visit the Ticketmaster FAQ How do I transfer tickets? for a step-by-step guide.

If tickets were purchased through the Viejas Arena Box Office and you'd like a refund, please email us at arenaticketoffice.com.  Please provide your account number, seat locations and last name of the credit card used to purchase the tickets.  If you paid cash, fans will need to bring their tickets to the Viejas Arena Box Office in person during regular business hours.


CASHLESS POLICY

As of July 1, 2023 Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre will be CASHLESS.

Visit our no-fee cash-to-card kiosks conveniently located behind the Ticket Office at the Main Gate.

Merchandise Sales accepts cash or credit.

BAG POLICY UPDATE

The Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre is a clear bag venue.

Bags must be clear plastic or clear vinyl and may not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.
Small purses, bags, clutches, or wallets (clear or non-clear) no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" will be allowed.
All personal items are subject to inspection prior to entry and once inside the venue.
No backpacks are allowed.


HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

For this show ticket holders will not be required to furnish proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result to enter the venue. Facial coverings are not required, but strongly recommended.

STAY HOME IF YOU ARE ILL

If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.

Due to health and safety concerns we are not currently checking in personal property at our shows. Please review our allowable items prior to arriving at the venue.

To expedite your entry into the venue and to reduce staff’s contact with guest belongings, we recommend no bags. If you must bring a bag, please ensure to review our clear bag policy and allowable items prior to arriving at the venue.
Please be respectful of your fellow fans and their personal space during your time with us.

Note: guidelines could change as state and local health authorities update their health guidance based on evolving circumstances of vaccination rates and community infection rates.
