As COVID-19 puts concerts and live events on pause, Live Nation has given ticket holders refund options if you have tickets to a Live Nation show that is cancelled or rescheduled to a new date that you cannot attend, including those at the Viejas Arena or the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre. If your show was rescheduled to a new date and you’d like to attend, please hold on to your tickets as they will automatically be valid for the new date.
If you purchased a ticket in person at the box office for an event at the Viejas Arena or Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre that has been cancelled or rescheduled to a new date that you cannot attend, you can receive your refund by returning your physical tickets in person within 30 business days from when the box office re-opens. A box office re-opening date has not yet been determined as we are following current stay-at-home guidelines. If you purchased tickets online through ticketmaster.com or livenation.com for a Viejas Arena or Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre event that was cancelled or rescheduled to a new date that you cannot attend, you will receive an email advising you of your refund options. For postponed shows, you will have the option to request a refund once the new date is announced, or if it takes extra time to find new dates, you’ll be able to request a refund before then. What if my event is cancelled and I purchased my tickets at the venue box office?
For cancelled events, customers will be given a full refund of the ticket value + fees upon returning all tickets to the box office in person. The refund will be made to the original payment method. At this time, a box office re-opening date has not yet been determined as we are following current stay-at-home guidelines. Customers can contact arenaticketoffice@sdsu.edu and request to be notified when the box office reopens.
What if my event is rescheduled to a new date I cannot attend and I purchased my tickets at the venue box office?
Customers who have tickets to an event that has been rescheduled to a new date but are unable to attend the new date must return all of their tickets in person to the box office in order to obtain a full refund of the ticket value + fees. At this time, a box office re-opening date has not yet been determined as we are following current stay-at-home guidelines. Customers can contact arenaticketoffice@sdsu.edu and request to be notified when the box office re-opens. Customers will have a 30 business day window after the box office reopens to obtain their refund. If a refund is not obtained within the 30 business day window, the customers’ original tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. However, after the window has passed, their tickets will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Can I get a refund if my event has been postponed but a new date has not been announced?Postponed shows are those that are still in the process of being rescheduled and have not been assigned a new date yet. You will have the opportunity to request a refund once the new date is announced. If the event is not rescheduled within 60 days from the date the tour (or date) was announced publicly as postponed, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time. Upon confirmation of the new date or expiration of the 60-day period, the venue box office will follow the same procedure for rescheduled shows mentioned above.
Can I get a refund if my event is scheduled on its original date?
Refunds are only available for events that have been cancelled or rescheduled to a new date. If you have questions about the status of your Live Nation event, you can always visit livenation.com/eventstatus for the most up to date information.
What if I purchased my ticket online and not at the venue box office?
If customers purchased tickets online through ticketmaster.com or livenation.com for a Viejas Arena or Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre event that was cancelled or rescheduled to a new date that you cannot attend, they will receive an email advising them of what their refund options are. If your show was rescheduled to a new date and you’d like to attend, please hold on to your tickets as they will automatically be valid for the new date. El progreso del virus COVID19 ha puesto pausas en conciertos y eventos en vivo, Live Nation ha otorgado la opcion a titulares de boletos la opcion de obtener reembolso para boletos comprados directamente en las taquillas de Viejas Arena o Cal Coast Credit Union Amphitheater que han sido cancelados o pospuestos a una nueva fecha.

Que hago si mi show es cancelado?
Si tu show es cancelado, puedes obtener tu reembolso a metodo de pago al tiempo de compra. Regresa tus boletos en persona a la taquilla. Por el momento, la taquilla permanece cerrada. Si gustas ser notificado cuando la se resumiran horas de operaciones puedes mandar un correo electronico a arenaticketoffice@sdsu.edu y pedir ser incluido en esta notificacion publica cuando anticipen abrir la taquilla.
Puedo recibir re-embolso si mi funcion fue pospuesta pero todavia no anuncian la fecha nueva?
Si tu show es pospuesto y todavia no tiene nueva fecha, guarda tus boletos, reembolsos no seran otorgados hasta que la nueva fecha se anuncie. Re-embolsos para estas funciones comienzan cuando el artista anuncien la nueva fecha o un periodo que no sea mas de 60 dias del anuncio oficial de pospuesto. Despues de este periodo tendras 30 dias para ejecutar tu opcion de re-embolso. La taquill seguira esta regla de 60 dias de espera antes de otorgar reembolsos.
Puedo obtener un reembolso si la fecha de mi funcion no es impactada?
Funciones con fechas que no han sido impactadas no son elegibles para reembolso. Si tienes dudas o preguntas, puedes visitar la pagina livenation.com/eventstatus para ver la información mas vigente sobre todos los conciertos de Live Nation.
Si compre mi boleto en internet y no en la taquilla?
Los unicos boletos con opcion de reembolso son boletos adquiridos en las paginas de venta de Live Nation y Ticketmaster. Tendras que contactar a estas agencias con tu numero de orden para obtener tu reembolso. Si tus boletos los compraste con una agencia de re-venta de boletos, el proceso de reebolso sera entre el consumidor y el revendedor.
