Take a break from studying for finals, or bring your laptop along to join the fun by entering the opportunity drawings all night long! There will be 70's themed DIY activities, arcade games, Kahoot, student competitions and MORE! Did we mention we will be serving FREE In and Out burgers? ????

Prizes include gift cards, airpods, hydroflasks, scooter, a Nintendo Switch and a grand prize of 2 tickets to Disneyland!

Aztec Nights kick-off event to welcome new students to SDSU! Grab some FREE food, boogie with our live DJ, and win SDSU swag! This is a great opportunity to have fun with your fellow students and celebrate the start of your SDSU adventures together. Bag check is required. 

Returning students, ready to start the next round?! Aztec Nights welcomes back returning students to SDSU with this arcade-themed event in the student union. Battle your friends in a friendly competition of Mario Kart, Air Hockey, Dance Dance Revolution, Skee-Ball, and more. 

Block Party 23-24 - Everything but the kitchen sink… Join us to celebrate our SDSU community with cultural performances, FREE food and music! FREE bowling and games in Aztec lanes! We look forward to seeing you at the Block Party! 

Pump up the Gym (Pump It UP!) is a high energy environment to welcome students to the Aztec Recreation Center. The DJ will pump up the volume for fitness, sports, and dance activities. Check out our inflatable archery tag - think robin hood meets paintball! The gymnasium will be pumped with other inflatable activities like the colorful obstacle course, inflatable jousting, sports challenges and more. Come for the fun, food and prizes!

AHOY Pirates! Come enjoy NIGHT 1 of the annual Carnival with this Pirate Adventure themed night including an Amazon Zip Line and Rock Wall! Trying to beat the heat? Hungry? Carnival has got you covered with Shaved Ice and Bubba's Hawaiian. Come enjoy this ANNUAL night of FREE rides, games, music, fun, and meeting new people!

San Diego State Beach Boardwalk! In the fun San Diego Sun! Come enjoy NIGHT 2 of the annual Carnival, this night includes an Escape Room and Robo Surfer. There will be FREE rides, games, and music so be sure to come through and meet new people while having a blast!

Drag is coming back to @aztecnightssdsu for DRAGSTRAVAGANZA: HALFTIME! With this years theme, our drag performers will be turning out their Halftime BEST and slaying performances of their own inspired curated Halftime Show. Mark your calendars for SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2023 - 10PM to 2AM in Montezuma Hall for a GRAND SLAM SLAY OF A TIME! 

Dance and sing the night away as we transform Tula into a silent disco! Have you ever seen a human disco ball dance light up the night? Join us for a great night with human disco balls, music, pizza (Veggie, Vegan and Gluten Free available), create a drink concoction, and take pictures in our extra large 360 Photo Booth! Free glow bracelets will help you get into the disco vibe!

Get your groove on at Groot's Groove: Guardians of SDSU! Join us in Montezuma Hall for an immersive experience that fuses the cosmic tunes of the Guardians franchise with the groovy beats. Dance the night away on our dazzling light-up flooring as mesmerizing planet projections, stars, and neon lights transport you to another galaxy. Explore DIY crafts, challenge friends to arcade games, and capture memories at our futuristic photobooth. Get ready to make memories that are truly out of this world!

Saddle up for a boot-scootin' good time at 'Line Dance the Night Away'! ???? Grab a slice of pizza and two-step to the rhythm, ride the mechanical bull like a true rodeo star, capture memories at the photo booth, and wrangle some fun at the lasso game! Join us on September 8th from 10pm - 2am at Campanile Walkway. Free parking available in P3. Let's make it a night to remember!

Long fancy gowns? Corsages? Limos? NOT TONIGHT! Ditch the up dos and head to MORP, a glowing night polar opposite from Prom. Think tutus, furry boots, glow sticks, and COLOR! Dance the night away with a student DJ, activities, and of course free food! Student ID required, plus ones are permitted (18 years or older with a valid ID).

Students will be encouraged to come dressed in fun clothes that match the theme, to take pictures in the photo booth or at the back drop station, make fun beaded jewelry to go with their outfits, get electric hair elements added with the Funky Hair company, neon face paintings, play LED games all night long! Let’s not forget the food, staying on brand with the opposite of fancy dinners, we're going for everyone's favorite simple snack... Pizza!

As you wait for your turn on stage, be sure to eat some snacks, snap pictures with your friends, and decorate a photo frame to remember your fun night. Not a singer? There will be classic board, trivia, video games, and of course, PRIZES!

Get your Halloween spirit on at South Campus Plaza Lawn on Friday, October 27th, from 10pm to 2am. Free parking available during event hours in Lot P3.

This Halloween weekend, get ready to mingle with a night full of Halloween festivities! By popular demand, we are hosting a Hocus Pocus watch party with all of the snacks. Fill up on pizza, indulge in Dilly's Ice cream, and munch on popcorn as you watch the movie. Join us for a night of movie trivia and dress up like the Sanderson sisters to dance or sing your heart out. It wouldn't be Halloween without FREE candy and the chance to win some awesome prizes!

Get ready for a hauntingly good time at 'Haunted Homecoming'! Join us at the eerie, transformed Aztec Lanes for a night of spine-tingling fun. Immerse yourself in a ghoulishly good atmosphere with blacklights casting an eerie glow on Halloween-themed decorations.

Challenge your friends to free billiards, table tennis, and air hockey, or strike fear into the competition with our highest score per round bowling competition.

This year’s headliner: MSB '23: The Concert Tour. Come celebrate your favorite artists at Midnight Study Break in Montezuma Hall on Friday, December 8th, from 9pm-1am. Whether you're a headbanger, a pop lover, a hip-hop enthusiast, or an indie soul, this event is your chance to come together and celebrate the diversity of musical genres.
