Where should I park for an event at Viejas Arena?
Parking Structure 4 and Parking Structure 5 are the primary parking areas servicing Viejas Arena. Disabled parking is available in these structures and in K Lot.
Where should I park for an event at the Open Air Theatre?
Parking Structure 3 and Parking Structure 6 are the primary parking areas servicing the Open Air Theatre.
How do I buy tickets for an event at the Viejas Arena/Open Air Theatre?
You may visit the Viejas Arena Ticket Office to purchase tickets for events at both venues. You will avoid the Ticketmaster service charge if you purchase your tickets in person at the above ticket office.
You may call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 or visit their website at www.ticketmaster.com to purchase tickets.
Will alcohol be sold at the event I am attending?
Alcohol sales vary from event to event. Please contact the Viejas Arena Management Office at (619) 594-0234 for more information.
Can I bring my camera to the event?
For Aztec basketball games, non-professional point and shoot / still cameras (the lens can NOT detach) are allowed. NO video cameras allowed.
For concerts and other events, the camera policy varies from event to event. Please contact the Viejas Arena Management Office at (619) 594-0234 48 hours prior to an event for more information.
Tripods are not allowed at any time in the Viejas Arena/Open Air Theatre.
Can I bring my stroller to the event?
Due to Fire Marshal Regulations, strollers are not allowed in the Viejas Arena or Open Air Theatre.
Is Viejas Arena an indoor or outdoor facility?
Viejas Arena is an indoor facility. The seating area and event floor are indoors. The majority of concession stands, restrooms and main entrance gates are outdoors.
