Updated December 15, 2021- Please check back regularly as requirements for events are subject to change.

Viejas Arena follows all current California Department of Public Health Guidelines, San Diego County guidelines, and San Diego State University Guidelines for Indoor Mega Events. All guests age 2 and over are required to present either proof of full vaccination (two weeks since your final dose) or a negative COVID-19 test conducted 1 day prior to the event for an antigen test and 2 days prior to the event for a PCR test, prior to entering the building. A photo ID matching the vaccination or negative test record is required for all ticketed guests 18 and older. Remember, if you are not feeling well, please stay home!

Proof of full vaccination, showing that the attendee has received, more than two weeks prior to the event, either: (i) the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or (ii) a dose of the single-dose vaccine. The following are acceptable forms of proof of full vaccination: attendee’s physical COVID-19 vaccination record (i.e. CDC-provided white vaccination card or WHO-provided yellow vaccination card); OR a photo of attendee’s vaccination card as a separate document; OR a photo of attendee’s vaccine card stored on attendee’s mobile device or electronic device; OR documentation of the attendee’s full vaccination status against COVID-19 from a healthcare provider (on a mobile app, paper document, digital wallet card).

Vaccination records must clearly show the name of the vaccinated attendee, type of COVID-19 vaccine administered, and date(s) of each dose administered.

Proof of negative result from either a PCR COVID-19 test conducted 2 days prior to entry to an event, or a antigen COVID-19 test conducted 1 day prior to entry to an event, is required to be shown prior to entry. The following are acceptable as proof of a negative COVID-19 test result: a printed document (from the test provider or laboratory) showing test result; OR an electronic test result (email, text message, or mobile application record) displayed on attendee’s phone or mobile device.
Test results must clearly show the name of the tested attendee, type of test performed, date of the test, and the negative test result. Photos of home tests are not acceptable.

All guests over the age of 2 are required to wear a face covering that covers both the nose and mouth at all times, unless actively eating or drinking, regardless of being vaccinated or non-vaccinated.

Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. Before and after each show all high touch areas, including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms and merchandise stands will be sanitized.

If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.

Due to health and safety concerns we are not currently checking in personal property at our shows. Please review our allowable items prior to arriving at the venue.

To expedite your entry into the venue we recommend no bags. If you must bring a bag, we suggest a clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bag, to reduce staff's contact with guest belongings. Please see our bag policy for allowable bag size.

Please be respectful of your fellow fans and their personal space during your time with us.

Note: guidelines could change as state and local health authorities update their health guidance based on evolving circumstances of vaccination rates and community infection rates.
