Yoga has been shown to have positive benefits for overall mental health. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, we welcome you to come practice and replenish your mind and body.

A conversation about substance abuse, including alcohol and other drugs, with SDSU’s Coordinator of AOD Initiatives, and other guests. Come learn important information and testimonies related to substance abuse.
There's no shame in taking care of your mental health. Join us for Mental Health Matters, an open discussion lead by two local mental health experts. Dr. Abi Weissman, chairwoman and founder of Waves, A Psychological Corporation, will be talking about pertinent topics that affect LGBTQQI communities, specifically Trans* individuals. We will also be joined by Dr. Janina Scarlet from the Center for Stress and Anxiety Management. Dr. Scarlet will be speaking on managing stress and depression through mindfulness and meditation techniques, as well as compassion and self-compassion.
Your 2018 Homecoming Royals are bringing you a safe space to serve yourself. Come and practice self-care by creating your own mental health kits, take home guides, and learning about the V.A.R. method of addressing mental health conditions so you can help yourself and others.
