I. CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Scarlett Walker called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT:

Scarlett thanked the Justices for a successful year of making changes and decisions. She is proud of everyone and their work in JAC. She is excited for next year and wishes everyone the best.

VII. MEMBER REPORTS:

  1. JAC Role Updates
  2. Requirements - No report.
  3. Elections - The final meeting was last week where we had food and one campaign expenditure report hearing.
  4. Awards - Aztec Achievement Awards are tonight!
  5. Buddy Updates - No reports.
  6. University Senate Committee Update
    1. The Liberal Studies Committee met and they will no longer be an official University Senate Committee.
     

VIII. INFORMATION

  1. Perfect Attendance and Attendance
  2. Scarlett reviewed the list and about 13 Council members who have perfect attendance during the spring semester, including attending the spring retreat.

    It was moved and seconded to approve the Elections Committee Minutes of 4/15/26 and 4/22/26.
