Chief Justice Scarlett Walker called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

It was moved and seconded to approve today’s agenda.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT: Scarlett gave an update regarding an email from Ari Cohen regarding the University Council procedures.

1. JAC Role Updates
2. Requirements - Please communicate with your buddies to finalize their requirements. Remember to complete your own requirements. You can also volunteer at Explore SDSU this coming Saturday.
3. Elections - Elections results were approved at the Elections Committee meeting. 
4. Awards - None.
5. Buddy Updates - Frances provided a buddy update.
6. University Senate Committee Update
   1. The Liberal Studies Committee will be meeting on 4/27.
   2. The Student Grievance Committee is meeting today. 

VIII. INFORMATION

1. Proposed Amendments to the A.S. Bylaws, Codes and Charters - CESC decided to present their amendments next semester..
2. Attendance - Frances gave an overview of attendance.

   It was moved and seconded to approve the Elections Committee Minutes of 4/8.

2. Executive Director Designee: MarComm is sponsoring a Total Body ARC class.
