I. CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Scarlett Walker called the meeting to order at 8:13 a.m.

II. ROLL CALL

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT: Scarlett reported on the following:

Looking for a JAC member to fill in at the Elections Committee as Grace Cho has not been showing up - Olivia Alfonso is available.

VII. MEMBER REPORTS:

  1. JAC Role Updates
  2. Requirements: Please remind your buddies about the requirement deadline. There are new College of Business Council members assigned to Olivia Van Winkle. If filled, Dominic will be assigned to the Sciences representative.
  3. Elections - Elections Committee did not have quorum at yesterday’s meeting. There will be a special Elections Committee meeting on Friday to address an election complaint. Olivia VW gave high level overview of the last 3 EC meetings that have happened.
  4. Awards - The Awards Committee discussed food, decor, and entertainment at the last meeting. The applications for nominations are currently open and due on 3/16.
  5. Buddy Updates - Olivia A. Let buddies know about tabling opportunities.
  6. University Senate Committee Update

Scarlett: Student Grievance Committee was last week. She was not able to attend.

  1. Attendance - Frances will reach out to members.
  2. Individualized Substitution Plan (ISP) - None..

IX. ACTION

  1. Elections Committee Minutes
    It was moved and seconded to approve the Special Elections Committee Meeting minutes of 2/28 and 3/2.
