I. CALL TO ORDER

Chief Justice Shaye Phung called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

VI. CHAIR’S REPORT:

Chief Justice Shaye Phung reported on the following:

  1. A.S. Vacancy Ad-Hoc Committee Update: The committee selected two Justices, Lorena Ford and Scarlett Walker. The committee will convene again to fill the Campus Community Commissioner, Student Support Commissioner, and CLC Student-at-Large position.

VII. MEMBERS REPORTS

  1. JAC Role Updates
    1. New Justice Roles: Scarlett will review the attendance and Lorena will partner with Sagel to be responsible for requirements.
    2. Sagel: Two student leaders submitted their requirements.
  2. Buddy Updates
    1. Resource Bank: Shaye created a resource bank to send to buddies.
  3. University Senate Committee Update - None.

VIII. INFORMATION

  1. Attendance - Shaye reviewed the attendance. Next week, Scarlett will review the attendance.
  2. Individualized Substitution Plans (ISPs) - None.

    It was moved and seconded to approve the appointments memo of 10/1/24, as attached.
