I. CALL TO ORDER

Kiana Caton, A.S. Chief of Justice, called the meeting to order at 8:02 AM in the Visionary Suite at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

II. ROLL CALL

B. Voting Members Absent: Jacob Grant

III. MODIFICATION OF AGENDA:

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

IV. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES:

It was moved and seconded to approve the previous minutes.

A. Kiana thanked everyone for their hard work and dedication this year.

A. Attendance & Duties Report: The attendance and duties report was reviewed.

VII. ACTION

A. ppointments and Resignations:

It was moved and seconded to approve the appointment and resignation memo as attached.

CULLITON/CISNEROS CARRIED, (4-0-0)

B. Requests for Excused Absences:

It was moved and seconded to approve the excused absence from Lorena Acosta for missing the 4/22 ASCLC meeting.

CISNEROS/CULLITON TIED, (2-2-0)

Kiana voted in favor of the approval. CARRIED, (3-2-0)

C. Awards Committee Minutes: None

D. Bylaw Amendments

1. Aztec Student Union Board Charter: It was moved and seconded to approve the amendments to the Aztec Student Union Board Charter, as attached.

TAMIYASU/NORHDEN

It was moved and seconded to remove serve as Chair of Campus Program Funding (CPF) from Section 6, C1 until the plan for CPF is fully determined by affected parties.

CISNEROS/CULLITON CARRIED, (4-0-0)

The charter bylaw amendments were approved as amended.

2. Sustainability/Green Love Commission Charter: It was moved and seconded to approve the amendments to the Sustainability/Green Love Commission Charter, as attached.

NORHDEN/CULLITON CARRIED, (4-0-0)

VIII. ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Try to attend the final meeting of the general body on Wednesday.

IX. ADJOURNMENT

It was moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:37 AM.
