A.S. Chief Justice Kiana Caton called the meeting to order at 1:23 PM in Government Affairs Conference Room, Suite 310 in the A.S. Office at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.

It was moved and seconded to approve the agenda for today’s meeting.

Approval of Petition Signatures: It was moved and seconded to approve the petition signatures report, as attached.

Approval of Student Initiative Referendum Timeline including Voting Dates: It was moved and seconded to postpone approving the Student Initiative Referendum Timeline until ballot language is approved.
