I. CALL TO ORDER
A.S. Executive Vice President Milan Rawls called the meeting to order at 3:34 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL

V. PUBLIC COMMENT:
- A public comment was made regarding a member who shared that they have experienced significant unprofessionalism within A.S. Elections and emphasized the importance of students supporting one another and being mindful of how they conduct themselves toward their peers.
VI. PRESENTATIONS AND UNIVERSITY REPORTS
- SDSU Vice President of Student Affairs and Campus Diversity Designee, Dr. Caryl Montero-Adams reported on the following:
She expressed willingness to provide any support or connect members with resources as the year comes to a close. - Count MENA In/Swana Campus Survey Results Presentation - Jasmin Zeis Khalil, Noah Stuart, Karen Sawouq (Time Certain: 4:45 p.m.)
Motion to remove the Count MENA In/Swana Campus Survey Results Presentation as this presentation was already done last meeting.

Discussion was held regarding various questions for commissions and commissioners to consider when reviewing the end-of-year recap.
VIII. REPORTS OF CAMPUS LIFE COUNCIL MEMBERS
- Milan Rawls, Executive Vice President, reported on the following:
Extended goodbyes and expressed pride in the council.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for Aztec Achievement Awards. - Kareen Holstrom, A.S. President:
Encouraged wrapping up the semester. I will see members tomorrow. Noted the continuation of the SWANA Center and encouraged members to reach out. - Aliza Siddiqui, A.S. Vice President of Financial Affairs:
Thanked the council for a great year and will see members at Aztec Achievement Awards tomorrow. - Abby McLachlan, A.S. Vice President of External Relations:
The Advocacy Toolkit will be live next week. Authored a resolution for CSSA. Congratulations to the council for their involvement in A.S. - Nadia Gallarzo, A.S. Vice President of University Relations:
Passed three resolutions. Hosted a College Council Open House promoting newly elected positions. UC Rep Orientation was held to prepare representatives for next year. - Christina Brown, Executive Director:

The last ASUB event, Escape the Cram, took place today.
A new commissioner was appointed last week, and a new leadership team is in place. The end-of-year celebration will be held this Friday. - Campus Community Commission reported on the following:
No report. - Community Service Commission reported on the following:
The Good Neighbor Clean Up went well. New Commissioner Payton and Ella were elected. - Student Support Commission reported on the following:
The last meeting is Monday, which will include closing events and transitions. Discussion was held regarding next year's goals.
A meeting with the new representative is scheduled for tomorrow, and the commissioner will meet with them next week. - Recreation and Wellness Commission reported on the following:
Students not enrolled in classes over the summer may purchase a 90-day summer membership; enrolled students retain their membership.
Meetings regarding the ARC expansion will begin on Friday. The second round is the week of May 15th and the final round is the week of June 23rd.
Commissioner interviews were held, and Gabby was appointed. The commission met at the Calpulli Center for a cooking event with chefs.
The last meeting is next week. Yesterday marked the first National Adapted Sports Day. - Student Diversity Commission reported on the following:
New Commissioner Ryan was welcomed today. Dunkin' Donuts was served along with a reflection of the year and memories.
Following the start of APIDA Heritage Month, the DEI Volunteer Plan was reviewed with progress updates. Ryan and the representative will be taking over. - Sustainability/Green Love Commission reported on the following:
A new commissioner was appointed. The commission moderated an entire panel. The last meeting was held today, where members learned about the sustainability of the garden. Leadership applications for co-chair are now open. - Marketing and Communications Commission reported on the following:
