Executive Vice President Milan Rawls called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.

- SDSU Vice President of Student Affairs and Campus Diversity Designee, in place of Caryl Montero-Adams, reported on the following:
Thank you all for your great support during Family Weekend.This Friday, we will be hosting an event called State After Sunset, where the film ‘Sinners’ will be shown. If you have any ideas or suggestions for future events you'd like to see, please feel free to share them with us. - ARC Expansion Presentation, Mark Zakrewski, A.S. Associate Executive Director & Recreation & Wellness Commission (Time Certain: 3:45 p.m.)
Proposed plans for expanding the Associated Students Recreation Center, including updates on facilities, anticipated benefits for students, and the project timeline. This is an important opportunity to learn about how the expansion aims to enhance campus wellness and recreational resources.

- Bill of Rights Discussion (Information)
Ava Alvarado reviewed proposed changes to the Student Bill of Rights in the Associated Students bylaws. - Appointment of ASCLC Member to ASJAC Vacancy Ad-Hoc Committee (Action)
It was moved and seconded to approve Isabella Martinez as primary, Payton Scott as secondary, and Ariel Davis as the second secondary for the ASJAC Vacancy Ad-Hoc Committee.

The Academic Partnership Agreement (APA) was presented to the University Senate today. - Aliza Siddiqui, A.S. Vice President of Financial Affairs:
For Aztec Rock Hunger, Pie and Dunk events are coming up in the next few weeks! Be sure to sign up and start reaching out to faculty who may be willing to participate. The Graduate Student Association has been approved for $30,000 in funding. Additionally, an increased budget for the College Councils has also been approved. - Abby McLachlan, A.S. Vice President of External Relations:
The External Relations Board successfully passed a lighting letter, which has now been forwarded to the A.S. Board of Directors for further consideration and approval. We’re also actively collaborating with the housing community and supporting Rock the Vote through upcoming tabling efforts. If you’re interested in getting involved with voter engagement or outreach, please don’t hesitate to reach out! - Nadia Gallarzo, A.S. Vice President of University Relations:
The extension of library hours has been a key initiative, and our Academic Affairs team is actively advocating for 24/7 access. Efforts are underway to push for longer operating hours to better support students' academic needs. We’re also excited to announce a special guest at the upcoming University Council meeting:Commissioner Ricardo Lara, California Insurance Commissioner and former A.S. Executive Vice President (1997–1998), will be in attendance. This meeting is open to all, and we encourage everyone to join and take part in the discussion. - Christina Brown, Executive Director:

During public comment, a speaker raised concerns about the availability of resources for individuals with disabilities, particularly regarding accessibility on campus at night. We are currently developing the SWANA survey to better understand and support the needs of this community.
