I. CALL TO ORDER 

A.S. President Kareen Holstrom called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.

IV. PUBLIC COMMENT : 

Andy Lopez made a public comment taking the time to congratulate everyone with all of their hard work they did this year. 

V. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

  1. Perfect Attendance Awards - Scarlett Walker, A.S. Chief Justice
    The Perfect Attendance Award, accompanied by a $20 bookstore gift card, was presented by A.S. Chief Justice Scarlett Walker to the following recipients: Noah Stuart, Julia Biesman, Grace Muldon, Jace Peter, Everett Richards, Celina Ramirez, Payton Scott, Natalia Wrenn, Chloe Beseke, Alyssa Derouen, Jamie Quann, and Francis Treptow.
  2. End of the Year Reflections (Information)
    Under End of the Year Reflections, members were invited to share one initiative, project, or accomplishment they are proud of from this year, highlight one person who positively impacted them in their role, and reflect on an unexpected skill they developed throughout their term.
  3. Swearing-In of the 2026/27 A.S. President Milan Rawls

VI. EXECUTIVE REPORTS

  1. A.S. President, Kareen Holstrom reported on the following:

  2. Executive Vice President, Milan Rawls reported on the following:
           a. The Aztec Achievement Awards was very emotional and CB made note that based on how much work you all put in this year it was exciting being able to appreciate everyone’s work.

  4.  Vice President of University Affairs, Nadia Gallarzo reported on the following:Thank you all for a great year and excited to see what you all do these next few years of your lives.
  5. Vice President of External Relations, Abby McLachlan reported on the following:Take a moment to feel proud of yourselves, the impact you all have is special. Take the skills that you've had on the council to your future endeavors. Reach out on Instagram if you need anything.
