Accessibility
Accessible Services
The OAT staff strive to provide excellent customer service for each of our guests, including guests with special needs and disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (1990 – ADA). We make every effort to comply with both the ADA and California accessibility mandates. The following is a highlight of the services we provide:
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available, with a picture ID as a deposit, at Guest Services located at Guest Services. This is a complimentary service.
Companion Seating
Ticketmaster will sell one companion seat with each guest in a wheelchair. You may be able to purchase more companion seats, pending availability, by calling the OAT ADA Seating Coordinator, June Barreras, at 619.594.5085.
Emergency Evacuation
OAT personnel have been trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all our guests, including our guests with disabilities, in the case of an emergency. Please pay careful attention to ushers and security personnel for instructions.
Elevator
The elevator is located inside the campus library. Please speak with a disabled assistant at our customer service entrance for assistance. This elevator is for use by our guests with disabilities, their companions, and credentialed guests only. Guests must have tickets for seats located in the double or triple letter wheelchair sections.
Escorts
OAT staff is available to escort you and your companion to your seat. This service is provided at our Customer Service entrance.
Facility
All restrooms, drinking fountains and fixed concessions stands at OAT are accessible.
First Aid
First Aid is located on the upper concourse. Any usher or security personnel will be able to assist you in locating First Aid. For most events, paramedics are on-site.
Parking
Accessible parking for OAT is available in the following areas:

- Parking Structure 6
Guests must have a state issued disability-parking hangtag or license plate to park in the disabled parking spaces
Service Animals/Guide Dogs
