The Viejas Arena staff strive to provide excellent customer service for each of our guests, including guests with special needs and disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (1990 - ADA). We make every effort to comply with both the ADA and California accessibility mandates. The following is a highlight of the services we provide:
ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES
Assistive Listening Devices are available, with a picture ID as a deposit, at Guest Services located at Gate 2 (Main Entrance.) This is a complimentary service.
Ticketmaster will sell one companion seat with each guest in a wheelchair. You may be able to purchase more companion seats, pending availability, by calling the Viejas Arena ADA Seating Coordinator, June Barreras, at 619.594.5085.

All restrooms, drinking fountains and fixed concessions stands at Viejas Arena are accessible.
First Aid is located on the first floor (arena floor level) adjacent to the passenger elevator. A family restroom is available in First Aid. For most events, paramedics are on-site.
