AS CELEBRATES 75 YEARS OF SERVICE!
SPECIAL ANNIVERSARY EDITION
Plans are moving forward to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Associated Students in a weekend of events scheduled for March
2-3, 2007.
According to 2006/07 AS President Matt Keipper, "The occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Associated Students will be a
great opportunity to reflect on what the student corporation has accomplished in service to SDSU since its incorporation in 1932, but more importantly
to highlight the vision and work of dozens of dedicated student leaders who have served over the years and really made the Associated Students what
it is today."
Formal invitations to the weekend's events will soon be in the mail. Please call 619-594-6555 if you haven't received yours. Several
former student leaders are serving as honorary members of the 75th Anniversary planning committee and have announced the following series of events

Holiday Greetings A.S. Alumni!
I can't tell you how much we are enjoying working with current and former student leaders and alumni on planning for the upcoming
AS 75th Anniversary celebration. If you're "on the fence"
about attending, make the jump and plan to attend! You won't be disappointed! We are anticipating a great turnout for Friday night's Gala
Reception in Cox Arena.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for re-uniting with former classmates and fellow student leaders; do a little bragging about
what each of you have accomplished since leaving SDSU and also see how the campus has changed for the better! We are also anticipating that current
and former SDSU campus administrators will be well-represented.
Please plan to bring the whole family as you will see from the feature article in this edition of the AS Alumni Newsletter, we've
tried to provide something for everyone!
We look forward to seeing you March 2-3, 2007! Happy New Year!
