A.S. Council Authority
- The A.S. Council may institute awards for extra-curricular activities
within the jurisdiction of the Associated Students.
- Each College Council may institute additional awards, which it
deems necessary and is responsible for activities within its jurisdiction.
These awards will be presented at times and places to be arranged
by the individual College Councils. A.S. funding shall come from the
College Council's budgeted allocation.
- Each on campus club/organization may request funding for awards
from the Associated Students for purposes they deem necessary. The
funding shall come from the club/organization's budgeted allocation.

Awards shall be uniform from year to year as provided within this
Article. |

Ultimate approval of all awards may be granted to the Executive Committee
of the A.S. Council, if the A.S. Council so deems it. |

All procedures and regulations concerning all aspects of A.S. awards
and honors shall be governed by the Awards Code. |
| 98 |
The Awards Code may be revised or amended by a two thirds (2/3) vote
of the entire voting membership of the A.S. Council. |
