| 90 | The following publication is authorized by and may be issued under the name of the Association: The Daily Aztec (official newspaper). |
| 91 | The Daily Aztec shall be the official organ of the Association and shall publish all notices of petitions, election results, proposed changes in Association Bylaws and other official notices of the A.S. Council and the Association within one week of receiving them, unless otherwise determined by the A.S. Council. |
| 92 | The Daily Aztec shall have an Editor in Chief appointed by the Communications Authority. The Editor shall directly implement the policy of the publication and shall have the power to appoint such associates and assistants as he/she deems necessary in accordance with adopted publication codes. |
| 93 | The A.S. Council may authorize additional publications to serve under the name of the Association. |
