The Associated Students Council has the power to appoint three (3)
members of the Association as ex officio voting members of the Senate.
The A.S. President, Vice President of External Affairs and Vice President
of University Affairs shall also serve as the ex officio, voting members

All procedures and regulations concerning all aspects of A.S. elections
are governed by the Elections Code. |

The Elections Code may be revised or amended by a two thirds (2/3)
vote of those present and voting at a regular meeting of the A.S. Council. |
