Section 3.4 - Disposition of Fiscal Year-End Account Balances

Each program area director is responsible for the oversight of its financial activity in accordance with AS policies. Program area budget managers are responsible for monitoring, amending, and operating within their budgets.

PROGRAM FUNDS BUDGET BALANCES

Program account budget balances (both positive and negative) are carried forward into the succeeding fiscal year. The AS Controller review of program accounts at June 30 is on an individual account total basis.
