Public Records Act
As of January 1, 2012, Associated Students is subject to the Public Records Act: The Auxiliary Organizations Transparency & Accountability Act.
To submit a Public Records Act (PRA) Request, please do one of the following:
- Contact Raven Tyson, A.S. PRA Coordinator, at (619) 594-3760
- Print and then submit a Public Records Request Form to Raven Tyson, Associated Students, 5500 Campanile Drive, Aztec Mesa 110, San Diego, CA 92182-7800, or via e-mail or fax (619) 594-8932.

A.S. Records/Information Retention and Disposition Schedules
How to Use the Schedule:
The Records Retention & Destruction Schedule is the primary source of retention requirements for the records created and received by Associated Students (A.S.).
The schedule is divided into 9 categories. For each record/document listed, the schedule lists a unique record identifier, record description, the retention source and authority, and retention period.
